A different vacation

Normally when people go abroad on holidays, they spend two weeks at the beach, shopping, taking walks to see the various sights and so on.

I'm helping mum and dad with their cottage improvements.

Yesterday I assisted dad in putting up the insulation one the walls of the new hallway and bathroom, as well as putting up the framework for the inner walls to the bathroom. I then learned how to use a nail-gun, much to my utter joy.

Today, I helped to put up the ceiling of said room.

Conclusion: Nailguns are too much fun for a selfproclaimed nutcase with delusions of grandeure.

That was all I wanted to say.
I'm back to sit in a bathrobe, and feel wonderfully lethargic after a long-ish visit to the sauna.
